When you submit a deviation it should take you to a second stage after you press submit, with a lot of different sized squares and stuff. If you follow the instructions from there and press submit then you'll be able to make a print.
I think you would have to look at a Watermarking tutorial for the program you use if you wanted to add one at the bottom. Though if you'd like to use the dA watermarking system - there is an option when you're submitting a deviation. Just look for the tick-box that says 'Add Watermark' and it'll put one over your artwork. Hope this helps!
When you click 'submit' it doesn't automatically take you to the new deviation, you have to either click 'View deviation' at the top of the submission page, or go to your gallery and find it there. It looks like you've got the hang of it now?
wait, I'm still kinda confused. when I click on my userpage, it only says "edit page", but I don't see a button that says submit art next to it. Is it actually supposed to be next to the "edit page" button or is it located somewhere else on the screen? (yeah, sorry but I'm kinda a newb xD).
Don't worry, it isn't an issue with your account it's my fault since I made this before dA updated to a new version, so things are in different places now. (:
Now instead of going to your page, just scroll to the top of wherever you are and click 'Submit', which is next to your message centre. Then when you've clicked that there'll be a drop down bar, click 'submit Art' and then the rest of the tutorial should still apply.
Hope this helps! If you need a hand with anything else then please don't be scared to ask.
umm i wuz tryin to submit my second piece of crap and i clicked submit and it brought me to another page it said to choose another size and no matter what i did nothing worked :/ im confused plz help sorry if i sound stupid but im new to DA ^^"
That sounds like the prints process deviations usually have, it's not really all that important. There should have been an option just above it saying something about viewing your submitted piece, do you know if it was actually submitted?
